ENGAGing Women Throughout History
March 6, 2013
ENGAGing Women Throughout History was held on March 6, 2013 at the Newberry Library. Jill Austin, from the Chicago History Museum, led a group of 125 women on an entertaining journey through Chicago's history and introduced guests to the women who helped shape Chicago, the Midwest, and the nation.
The event benefited the Newberry Library and through the generosity of ENGAGE guests we were able to collect over 8 large boxes of donations for the library's annual Book Fair.
