Kelly Glynn is a Principal in Goldberg Kohn's Corporate &amp; Tax Group. She represents U.S., non-U.S., and multinational clients on a wide range of U.S. tax matters.

Kelly has extensive experience advising multinational clients on cross-border tax issues, including internal reorganizations, structuring inbound and outbound investments, the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act, Passive Foreign Investment Corporations and other U.S. anti-deferral regimes (GILTI, Subpart F), withholding, and treaty analysis. &nbsp;

She regularly counsels clients on the tax considerations related to formation and exit, qualified small business stock requirements and its related tax benefits, mergers and acquisitions, spin-off transactions, joint ventures, private equity fund structures and real estate transactions. In addition, Kelly routinely advises clients on the ever-changing tax laws, including the recently passed One Big Beautiful Bill Act, and has substantial experience representing clients in tax controversies and litigation.

Kelly joined Goldberg Kohn in November 2025. Previously, she was in the Chicago office of Nixon Peabody. For nearly a decade, Kelly was an International Tax advisor with Ernst &amp; Young LLP and Deloitte Tax, where she advised U.S. and foreign-based multinational clients on cross-border tax issues. Early in her career, she was an associate in the Tax Controversy &amp; General Litigation practices at Mayer Brown LLP.
